Diane R. Harbour holds the position of President and has passed the examination to achieve the status of Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Diane is also a licensed Associate Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial. She has 30 years of experience in the field of accounting with expertise in both commercial real estate and non-profit corporations.
Carol Coon is a professional tax preparer with many years of payroll and income tax experience. Carol manages the individual tax division of the firm.
Eduard Rager is an experienced tax preparer who has been with Harbour Tax since 2004.

Jacky Harbourmanages the client records and coordinates client meetings. She lives in Royal Oak and loves animals. She is studying as a sophomore at the International School of Design in Troy, Michigan. She hopes to become a graphic artist once she graduates.
